Our Research Library has a huge wealth of information and photographs of Fencible families and settlers that arrived in Howick and the surrounding areas.
The Research Library is open by appointment only.
Hours are Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm. It is not open on public holidays.
Please note no materials may be removed from the library.
Appointments to visit the Research Library must be made in advance and requests should clearly indicate the purpose of the visit.
Research undertaken by Howick Historical Village staff or copies of materials will incur a small fee to cover our costs. Pricing is below.
