Bell House Hire Rates
Bell House is a historic, listed property built in 1851 and situated in Bell Road, Lloyd Elsmore Park, Pakuranga. It has had recent restoration work carried out and is now available for hire for meetings, seminars, exhibitions, weddings and functions. Bell House has modern conveniences and tables and chairs can be supplied as required.
Hireage rates (inclusive of GST)
- Standard rate $35.00 per hour or
- $200 per day (9.00am- 5.00pm)
- Longer terms by arrangement
Community or non-profit organisations
- $20.00 per hour or
- $125.00 per day (9.00am- 5.00pm)
- Longer terms by arrangement
Weddings & Functions
Please contact us to arrange to visit Bell House. We can give you a personalised venue hire costing.
Conditions of hire
- Floors to be swept, rubbish removed and house to be left as found.
- NO STILETTO HEELS TO BE WORN IN THE HOUSE (Please include this requirement when sending out invitations).
- A bond of $50.00 for short term hires or $200.00 for longer term hires may be required.
- Note: No kitchen facilities are currently available at Bell House. Refreshments are available at the Homestead Café situated in the adjacent Howick Historical Village.
